MY
- EXPERIENCE - EXPERTISE
- QUALIFICATIONS:

Way back when (1964) I began my real estate and construction experience by being born into a family of second generation landlords. Since then, I’ve been surrounded by the everyday dealings of residential real estate and construction including of course, buying, selling, building and repairing.

All right, but how did I get to where I am today?

Well, I studied and I worked. I studied and I worked, and then, I studied some more and worked even more. During all these years I ran a very successful residential construction company, a handyman business and, a landscape/tree business. I also took many real estate courses, read a tremendous amount of books on real estate and attended more real estate seminars and construction trade shows across the country than I could count.

During all those real estate seminars and courses I attended, I also had the opportunity to meet some big players (at the time) in real estate. Thus far in my real estate career, I have had the honors of meeting.…Robert Allen (The King of No Money Down), Dave Del Dotto (the man who made his killing in real estate in the state of Hawaii), Tom Vu (The man who came from Vietnam with nothing and made millions in real estate in just a short period of time), Russ Whitney (the man who made it big in real estate from upstate New York), Ron Legrand (the king of lease options), J. Scott Scheel (a current player from the state of Michigan who is making a killing in commercial real estate) and Dave Lindhal (a current player from Boston, MA who is making a killing in apartment complexes).

Through my insatiable craving for knowledge in real estate, houses and construction-specifically residential construction, I have also held a real estate license and have brokered mortgages. With all that in mind, and of course, a very long story short, here I am.
